5 Star Halwa
Ingredients for five star halwa
1/2 cup. Rawa1/2 cup ghee
1/2 cup sugar
3 tsp milk powder
1 and 1/2 cup water
5 star 5 piece
Cardamom powder
1/2 cup mix dry fruits
Method
Make sugar syrup heat 1 and 1/2 cup water and add sugar cook till sugar melt and some thick keep aside
Heat pan add rawa and cook for 5 minutes add milk powder dry fruits cardamom powder and cook again for 5 minutes add chashni (sugar syrup) and 3 five star ,cover and cook water dry remove fire arrange dish and garnish with five star small pecec serve hot
