Achari rice platter Ingredients Mutton or chicken 1/2 kg Rice 1/2 kg curd 250 gm whole dhania 1 tsp birista 3/4 cup ginger 1 tsp garlic 1 tsp green chilli 2 tsp saunf 1 tsp onion 2 chopped ajwain 1/2 tsp oil 2 tbsp whole garam masala 2 tsp aam ka achar 50 gms salt to taste red chilli 1 tsp big green chilli 2 Method Take 5 cups water add mutton or chicken whole garam masala,ajwain,whole jeera,saunf,dhania,ginger garlic paste,onion,salt and cook till its half done heat oil add boil chicken and fry it.
