Chocolate mini cakes 4 eggs 1 cup castor sugar 1 cup flour Quarter cup strong cocoa powder 3 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 cup oil 1/2 cup boiling water Beat eggs and sugar till light and fluffy. Sift dry ingredients thrice and fold into the egg mixture , when it’s halfway folded in mix together the oil and boiling water and fold into the batter. Bake at 180.
