Dragon Chicken With Crispy Spinach

We all love pretty looking food my little brother is a chinese maniac and loves to eat chinese munchie only so my mom did an invention by using spinach aka palak to make him eat in a uber cool way and this is the result we got it

Dragon Chicken with Crispy Spinach

Ingredients

Boneless chicken 500 gms
Coriander leaves or spring onion for garnishing
Oil for deep frying

For marination

Dark soya sauce 2 tsp
Red chilli paste 1 tsp
Egg 1
Ajinomoto option
Corn flour 1/4 cup
Maida 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1 tsp

For sauce 
Oil 2 tbsp
Dry red chilli
Cashews 4 tbsp broken into pieces
Onion 1 thinly sliced
Capsicum 1 thinly sliced
Dark soya sauce 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 1 cup
Salt to taste sugar 2 tsp

Take chicken in a bowl add all the marination ingredients mix well let it marinate for 15 minutes now heat some oil for deep frying and deep fry till golden.
Add in red chilli,cashews,fry till golden brown

Now add in onion,capsicum,toss well add ginger garlic paste and saute
Now add all sauce ingredients cook till water evaporates and it becomes thick
Now add fried chicken and garnish with coriander or spring onion

Take spinach wash well and cut into thin strips and let it dry for 1 or 2 hour then add cornflour and seasame seeds mix well deep fry it in hot oil once crisp remove it and add castor sugar chillly flakes and serve it.
