One of the most oldest starter made during ramzan
I remember how my dadi and nani usr to make this with perfect balance of ingredients and spices
There taste is unbeatable however this recipe still has some roots from them
One of the simplest yet delicious #ramzanstarter
So here we go with the recipe
Kandi Gosh Recipe
Ingredients
500 grm boneless beef
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon garlic
1 tablespoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon dhana powder
½ teaspoon garam masala
1 tablespoon Shan sheek kabab masala
½ teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon chat masala
Method
Marinate beef and keep in fridge for 1 hour.
Skewer the beef.
Coat with bread crumbs.
Then dip it in egg.
Fry it on slow flame.
Shallow fry it.
Serve hot with lemon.
