Dark Chocolate 200 gms
Cream 3 cup
Butter 2 tsp
Chocolate curls for garnishing
Method
Melt the chocolate 200 gm and 1 cup cream and 2 tsp butter beat 2 cup chilled cream
Fold chocolate and cream pour the glass garnish with chocolate curls
