Khade masale ka kheema

300gms  kheema
Ginger garlic chopped 4 tbsp
Onion  chpped  2
Red chilli crushed 2tsp
Jeera 1tsp
Coriander  seeds 2tbsp
Salt  to taste
Green chilli 2
Oil 1/2 cup
Kothmir  chopped
Whole  garam masala 2tsp
Method
In a pan  roast together  coriander  and jeera  for 3 minute make a coarse  powder
Heat oil in a pressure  cooker  and add oll garam masala and onion and red chilli chopped  Ginger garlic and salt jeera  coriander  powder  and 2 chopped  tomatoes  add kheema cook till dry
Add 1 cup water  close  pressure  cooker  cook 5 minutes
Reduce heat  and cook for 3min
Add green chilli
Serve  with kothmir lime and onion  rings
