Shezwan chicken - Shezwan chicken
Marinate chicken with salt, red chilli powder, ggg paste and tandoori masala .. shallow fry it..
Take oil add chopped garlic grated ginger , colourd capsicum , coriander , tomato ketchup, salt, red chilli powder and vinegar ..also marination of tandoori chicken.. And add tomatopure Then add cornflour. .
cook on slow gass for 10 min ... when almost dried ... Till done.
For serving
In a plate place tandoori chicken and pour the Shezwan Sauce
on it.. garnish it with baby potato and coriander leaves...
