Zam zam biryani recipe

Ingredients
Basmati Rice 400 gms
Chicken 1/2 kg
Curd 1/4 kg
Green chilli paste 4 tsp
Onion chopped and fry
Jeera powder 2 tsp
Whole garam masala
Fry potato big 3
Shimla mirchi 1 chopped
Carrot 2 long strips
Garam masala powder
Kothmir pudina each 1+1 cup
Boiled egg 2
Yellow and green color

For koftas
Kheema 200 gms
Chane ka atta 1 tsp
1 onion chopped
Ginger garlic paste  1 tsp
Red chilli 1 tsp
Garam masala  1/4 tsp
Green chilli 2
Salt to taste
Curd 2 tsp

Grind all ingredients and make small kofta and fry

For biryani
Heat oil add onion and fry add chicken Ginger garlic paste,green chilli jeera and curd till chicken is tender and kothmir and pudina

Arrange rice in half quantity cooked chicken put second layer rice add kofta,fry potato and fry veg

Lastly add fry onion and color dum for 15 minutes serve with boiled egg
