Schezwan chutney

Schezwan Chutney
Ingredients:
150 gms whole dry red chili pste
100 gms chpd garlic
50 gms ginger chpd
2 green chilies chpd
3 tbsp chpd celery
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp sugar
Salt 2 tste
5 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 cup oil
Food clr(optional)
Method:
Frst soak d red chilies overnyt n boil it n grind in mixture to a fine pste...Heat oil in a wok,ad in chpd garlic,ginger n green chili n saute nicely so dat d rawness of gg goes away den ad in red chili pste n celery n cook fr 2-3 mins...Stir nicely den ad in vinegar,salt n sugar n again mix wel...Lastly ad in tomato sos n mix..If u wan u can put sum food clr also...mix n of d gas...
