Kunafa Indian Style

Kunafa or knafeh is an arabic dessert made with vermicelli pistachios sugar syrup and cheese khoya and rabdi

Kunafah or knafeh is one of the most celebrated dessert in middle eastern countries specially arab and turkey vermicelli is soaked in rose water or sugar syrup for melting taste and beautully wrapped in cheese rabdi and pistachios and almonds with khoya or mawa

Written recipe

Ingredients
Seviya 1 pack
Rabdi 1 cup
Butter 100 gms
Sugar syrup 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup water
Almond pista 6 tbsp
Cheese grated 1 cube
Paneer 100 gm
khoya 50gms

Method
Crushed seviya and mix with butter take a serving dish and spread evenly
Layer khoya,cheese,rabdi
Spread half seviya and bake for 15 minutes
Drizzle caramel sauce and dry fruits

Mix Hunan Rice

Ingredients
200 gm boil noodles
1 cup boil rice
2 cup spring onion
Oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp black pepper
Chopped carrots 2
Shimla mirchi 1

Method
Heat oil add chopped garlic red chilli boil rice and noodles add salt pepper all sauces mix together and toss lastly add shimla mirchi carrot and spring onion
Serve hot..

Magic Triffle Recipe

Ingredients
Chocolate biscuit crumb 1 cup
Butter 2 tbsp
Chocolate sauce 2 tbsp
2 cup custard
1 packet jelly
1 cup fruit
2 cup cream

Method
Mix butter and biscuit and then evenly spread it over keep it in fridge and let it cool
Lastly spread chocolate sauce,custard,jelly and fruit
Lastly add cream and chill

Chicken barrah

Ingredients 


Chicken  big pieces  3  leg or thigh
Ginger garlic paste 2tsp
Salt  to taste
Lemon juice  2 tsp
1st  chat masala
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
2 pinch  tandoori  colour
2tsp  red chilli powder
2tsp  butter
1 big fry onion
4 green chilli paste
1tsp  Garam masala powder
1charcoal
1tsp jeera powder
For tarka
Butter 4 tbsp  chat masala  1st  1/2 cup curd

Method
Marinate chicken with salt lime juice  chat masala  ginger garlic paste all masala powder  grind onion colour and curd 
Keep  aside for 2 hour
Heat oil and add  butter  cook chicken  till tender and dry
Smoked  1 charcoal
For tarka

Heat butter  remove fire Add  curd and chat  masala  pour over this mixture  garnish with  lemon corinder  and onion rings

Khade masale ka kheema

300gms  kheema
Ginger garlic chopped 4 tbsp
Onion  chpped  2
Red chilli crushed 2tsp
Jeera 1tsp
Coriander  seeds 2tbsp
Salt  to taste
Green chilli 2
Oil 1/2 cup
Kothmir  chopped
Whole  garam masala 2tsp
Method
In a pan  roast together  coriander  and jeera  for 3 minute make a coarse  powder
Heat oil in a pressure  cooker  and add oll garam masala and onion and red chilli chopped  Ginger garlic and salt jeera  coriander  powder  and 2 chopped  tomatoes  add kheema cook till dry
Add 1 cup water  close  pressure  cooker  cook 5 minutes
Reduce heat  and cook for 3min
Add green chilli
Serve  with kothmir lime and onion  rings

  Ingredients
1/2 kg chicken
2onion and 3 green chilli boiled with  2 cup water
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste 2tsp
Jeera 1tsp
Black pepper  1tsp
Cream 3/4 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
Butter 50 gms
Green chilli chopped  4
Kaju 20 grind
Melon seeds grind 

Method
Heat oiĺ add onion paste  cook 5 minutes
Add chicken  and salt curd 1/2 cup  cover
And cook add grind kaju mellon  seed past  cream butter chopped  green chilli  cook 10 min  
serve hot with paratha

Football chicken kabab

EleIng
400gms boneless chicken
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Green chilli paste
Cheese  cubes 3 great
Egg 2
Black pepper  1tsp
Spring  onion chpped 1/2 cup
Coriander chopped 1/2 cup
2 tbs conflour
2tbsp maida
Bread slice  10 pieces  cut very till small
Method
Mix oll together chicken  cubes ginger garlic green clhilli paste cheese  cube grated  egg black pepper  spring onions  coriander leaves chopped  cornflour and maida mix properly
Make small balls coat bread pieces  and deep  fry golden

Veg piri piri roll

Ing
Boiled potato cubs for 2 potato
1 carrot cubes
2 Piri piri masala 1tsp
Red chlli paste 1tsp
Salt to taste
Chopped  coriander 2tsp  cheese  great 1/ 2cup
Method
Boil potato  and carrot cubes
Dran water  and mix piri piri  masala red chilli  paste salt and cheese
All mix
Fill this mixture  spring roll sheet and roll stik maida and water paste

Paradise Mojito Recipe


Mojito is one of the refreshing drinks one can have no matter whatever is the season this drink surely quench your thirst

Ingredients

3 lime juice
4 tbsp mint leaves
2tbsp rooh afza
Lots of  lce
7 up 1/2 litre
Sugar 3 to 4 tbsp
Crushed mint sugar & lime juice 

Method

Dip the glasses in colored sugar or any flavooured pwder

Pour the glass with mint mixture  put ice  cube  pour  rooh afza or rose syrup

(For making classic mojito skip this part)


And lastly add 7 up and thin slices of lime with mint leaves

Serve chill

1/2 kg boneless  chicken
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1tsp  hot sauce
1tsp black  pepper powder
Salt to taste
Method
Marinate chicken oll ingredients keep 1hour
Mix 1 cup flour and 1cup bread crumbs  add1 tsp red chilli powder 
Coat chicken   and deep fry

Green chicken chilli

Ing
Boneless chicken 300gms
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Green food color half tsp
Green chilli sauce 1tsp
Green chilli paste 1tsp
1 Egg
Maida 2tbsp
Cornflor 2tbsp
Oil for frying

Method
Mix all ing and keep aside 30mins and deep fry

For sauce
Ginger garlic and green chilli sauce half cup chopped Spring to onions half cup
Woster 2tbsp cornflour 2tbsp water half cup green chilli 2tsp

Heat 2tbsp oil add ginger garlic chopped chillies Wostersauce and fry and fry for 5mins

Add cornflour and water cook till thick and spring onion for 5mins

Dragon chicken with crispy spinach

Ingredients

Boneless chicken 500 gms
Coriander leaves or spring onion for garnishing
Oil for deep frying

For marination

Dark soya sauce 2 tsp
Red chilli paste 1 tsp
Egg 1
Ajinomoto option
Corn flour 1/4 cup
Maida 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1 tsp

For sauce
Oil 2 tbsp
Dry red chilli
Cashews 4 tbsp broken into pieces
Onion 1 thinly sliced
Capsicum 1 thinly sliced
Dark soya sauce 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 1 cup
Salt to taste
  sugar 2 tsp

Take chicken in a bowl add all the marination ingredients mix well let it marinate for 15 minutes now heat some oil for deep frying and deep fry till golden.
Add in red chilli,cashews,fry till golden brown

Now add in onion,capsicum,toss well add ginger garlic paste and saute
Now add all sauce ingredients cook till water evaporates and it becomes thick
Now add fried chicken and garnish with coriander or spring onion

Take spinach wash well and cut into thin strips and let it dry for 1 or 2 hour then add cornflour and seasame seeds mix well deep fry it in hot oil once crisp remove it and add castor sugar chillly flakes and serve it.

Green Chicken Chilli Recipe

Bored of the same old red chicken chilly try something new and interesting green chicken chilly....
Scrumptous chicken with mindblogging sauces and spunk of chillies

Ingredients
Boneless chicken strip 300 gms
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Green food color 1/2 tsp
Green chilli paste 1 tsp
Salt to taste
1 egg
Maida 2 tbsp
Cornflour 2 tbsp
Oil

Method
Mix all ingredients and keep aside for half an hour and deep fry it

For sauce
Ginger garlic and green chilli chopped 1/2 cup
Spring onion chopped 1 cup
Wostershire sauce 2 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
1/2 cup water
Green chilli sauce 2 tsp

Heat oil add ginger garlic and chopped chilli add green chilli wostershire sauce and fry chicken cook for 5 minutes
Add cornflour and water cook till it becomes thick add spring onion and cook for 5 minutes

Zam zam biryani recipe

Ingredients
Basmati Rice 400 gms
Chicken 1/2 kg
Curd 1/4 kg
Green chilli paste 4 tsp
Onion chopped and fry
Jeera powder 2 tsp
Whole garam masala
Fry potato big 3
Shimla mirchi 1 chopped
Carrot 2 long strips
Garam masala powder
Kothmir pudina each 1+1 cup
Boiled egg 2
Yellow and green color

For koftas
Kheema 200 gms
Chane ka atta 1 tsp
1 onion chopped
Ginger garlic paste  1 tsp
Red chilli 1 tsp
Garam masala  1/4 tsp
Green chilli 2
Salt to taste
Curd 2 tsp

Grind all ingredients and make small kofta and fry

For biryani
Heat oil add onion and fry add chicken Ginger garlic paste,green chilli jeera and curd till chicken is tender and kothmir and pudina

Arrange rice in half quantity cooked chicken put second layer rice add kofta,fry potato and fry veg

Lastly add fry onion and color dum for 15 minutes serve with boiled egg

Marinate chicken with salt, red chilli powder, ggg paste and tandoori masala .. shallow fry it..
Take oil add chopped garlic grated ginger , colourd capsicum , coriander , tomato ketchup, salt, red chilli powder and vinegar ..also marination of tandoori chicken.. And add tomatopure Then add cornflour. .
cook on slow gass for 10 min ... when almost dried ... Till done.
For serving
In a plate place tandoori chicken and pour the Shezwan Sauce
on it.. garnish it with baby potato and coriander leaves...

100 gms chpd garlic
50 gms ginger chpd
2 green chilies chpd
3 tbsp chpd celery
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp sugar
Salt 2 tste
5 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 cup oil
Food clr(optional)
Method:
Frst soak d red chilies overnyt n boil it n grind in mixture to a fine pste...Heat oil in a wok,ad in chpd garlic,ginger n green chili n saute nicely so dat d rawness of gg goes away den ad in red chili pste n celery n cook fr 2-3 mins...Stir nicely den ad in vinegar,salt n sugar n again mix wel...Lastly ad in tomato sos n mix..If u wan u can put sum food clr also...mix n of d gas...
