CRISPY PATTI CHICKEN KABAB ingredients Chicken 1/2 kg boneless 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste Black pepper pwd 1 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Green chilli paste 1 tsp Bread slices 2 Cheese 2 cubes Samosa patti as per required Method In a mixture blend chicken with ginger garlic paste salt black pepper powder green chilli paste and bread slices Refrigerate the batter for 1 to 2 hours Now make balls and spread on palms stuff grated cheese in it Cover the cheese and shape like round kababs After that cut strips of samosa patti and roll it on the kabab and fry till golden Serve with chutney #ramadhanrecipes #ramzanrecipes #memonirecipes #memonikitchenwithshanu #bilkisfarooq #sanjarycookingclasses
