Got many request for this Caramel custard By Bilkis farooa Custard Base 300ml milk 4 medium eggs 2 n 1/2 tbsp sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla essence Caramel Sauce 4 n 1/2 Tbsp sugar 3 n 1/4 Tbsp water Place the sugar n water in small sauce pan. Over medium heat.keep stirring until sugar dissolved. Cook 10 min until sauce thickens. Now pour the sauce into pudding molds. For the custard heat the milk n sugar in micro for 1 n 1/2 minutes. Now add the eggs n vanilla essence. Mix well n strain the mixture. Now pour the custard into pudding molds. Place the molds in shallow frying pan. Add 500 ml water. Cook on high heat. Bring it to boil then turn the heat slow. Wrap the pan lid with dry cloth then cover the pan with it. Leave on slow flame for 3 min. Turn the heat off n leave for 15 min. Don't open the lid. Allow to cool them. Then keep in fridge for at least 1 hour.
