Supreme samosa with ziggie fries Boneless chicken (cubed) 250gm Sterling silver leaves as required Crushed red pepper 1 tsp Samosa patti in square 8 Jalapeno chopped 2tbsp Capsicum (Julienne) 1/2 Cheddar cheese 2tbsp Black pepper ½ tsp Potatoes 350gm Butter 1tbsp Ingredients- Flour 1 tbsp Milk 1 cup Oil 1 tbsp Salt 1tsp  Method- First peel off the potatoes and cut them like we do for French fries. Then fry them in oil and your fries are ready. Keep them aside Take a pan, put oil 1 table spoon and sauté chicken in it with salt, black pepper and crushed red pepper. Take a separate pan and then put butter and flour and mix it and put milk. Mix all together and it will become thick. Then put cheese, capsicum, jalapenos, fries and chicken and mix it well and then switch off the stove. Now your filling is ready Now take the samosa’s patti and make a big samosa. One samosa will require 2 patti of samosa in square shape.
