Swissroll chutney delight kabab 1kg chicken fillet 2 cubed onion 2 tblsp ground almonds 2 tblsp dessicated coconut (powdered) 4 slices bread soaked in 1 cup water (squeeze the water out before grinding it with the mince ) 1 tblsp garlic paste *mince everything together* Now add in Salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 tsp jeeru (cumin) powder Green & red chilli paste Chopped spring onion Chopped coriander *mix it all well* Green chutney *no exact measurements* Take about 2 cups fresh coriander Green chilli 2 tsp garlic paste Curry leaves 3 tblsp dessicated coconut 1 small green pepper 2 tblsp almond powder 2 tblsp lemon juice Salt to taste 1/2 tsp jeeru powder (cumin) *grind it all together and make a thick chutney* -Spread the mince onto a big piece of greased foil (grease with oil) - Now spread green chutney - Roll it tightly like a swissroll and lastly roll it with the foil -Bake on 180oc for about 30-40 mins When done open the foil and let the logs cool down.refrigerate for an hour before slicing -Dip the sliced rolls in egg and breadcrumbs -Fry on medium heat till golden Serve with any chutney of your choice #ramzanrecipes #footfetishnation #bilkisfarooq #memonirecipes #memonikitchenwithshanu
