Tangdi smokey kabab 1 kg drumsticks cut into lollipops Marinate with the ff 2 tsp garlic 1 tsp chillie paste 1 tbsp tikka masala 1 tbsp tandoori masala Crushed green chillies Chilli butter flavoured lemon 🍋 juice and garlic butter lemon juice Oil 2 tsp rough salt 1 tsp huldi 3 tsp kashmiri chillie powder 1tsp crushed red chilles 1 tsp shan tandoori spice 1 tsp shans tikka spice 2 tbsp yoghurt 1/2 tsp egg yellow Drop of red food coloring Marinate for a few hours In a non stick griddle add ghee and oil and cook turning frequently till well charred Heat a piece of charcoal place on a foil drizzle sum oil and place in middle of griddle cover with foil and let it smoke for 5 mins place on serving platter wrap each drumstick with foil serve with fries shahi naan kabaab sauce roti lemon wedges and green chutney #ramzanrecipes #memonirecipes #bilkisfarooq #sanjarycookingclasses #memonikitchenwithshanu #foodporn #foodgasm #partysnack
